Eksplorasi Problem-problem Kultural dalam Praktik Layanan Konseling dan Strategi Praktis untuk Meminimalisasinya

Abstract

Multicultural insight is an important thing that needs to be mastered by a counselor in order to be able to provide effective counseling services. The purpose of the study in this paper is to explore cultural issues which in essence need to be recognized as a separate color in the practice of counseling services and present practical strategies to minimize the occurrence of these problems. Based on the points that have been studied, it is suggested that guidance & counseling teachers/ counselors and undergraduate guidance & counseling students can broaden their multicultural insights, one of which is by understanding cultural problems and implementing practical strategies to minimize these problems.
