The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has the potential to enhance the self-confidence and learning motivation of Generation Z. This study explores the impact of AI in multicultural counseling to improve self-confidence and learning motivation among Generation Z. Growing up with digital technology, Generation Z tends to prefer instant learning and relies heavily on social media. Although AI has the potential to support their learning, overdependence on this technology may affect students' self-confidence. This study aims to understand how AI can be integrated into education to support the psychological development of students, particularly in a multicultural context. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide insights for educators, educational technology developers, and policymakers in designing more effective learning strategies that leverage AI to support students' learning motivation and self-confidence.
