Cultural diversity in Indonesia is a valuable asset as well as a challenge in creating a harmonious life, especially in the educational environment. At SMK PGRI 4 Kediri, cultural differences often trigger conflicts between students, thus emphasizing the importance of strategies to increase tolerance. This research aims to explore the application of multicultural guidance and counseling services as an approach to help students understand, appreciate and manage cultural differences positively. This approach not only builds multicultural awareness, but also strengthens students' interpersonal skills, increases empathy, and encourages the creation of healthy social relationships. In the article it is shown that there are several applications for this service, namely through orientation programs, extracurricular activities, and workshops, which are expected to significantly reduce conflict and strengthen the values of diversity among students. This strategy also prepares students to face global challenges in an increasingly multicultural environment.
