Penerapan Teknik Cognitive Restructuring Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa

Abstract
Learning motivation serves as an encouragement in determining a person's level of success in achieving the goals of learning activities. The behavior of being late for school, playing with gadgets when the teacher provides learning materials, talking alone with friends, and sleeping in class is one of the characteristics of students who have low motivation. With the application of this cognitive restructuring technique, it is expected to be able to increase students' learning motivation in achieving their learning goals. The choice of this cognitive restructuring technique is very appropriate to be applied because this technique teaches students to think positively or logically about their experiences, so they can have more rational thinking as well as learning motivation which is also related to the mindset of individuals who are less trying or unsure of their own abilities then will not be eager to do certain tasks.
