Abstract

Career decision-making is crucial for students-particularly high school students-as they prepare for careers that align with their talents, interests, and personal potential. Self-efficacy plays a vital role in this process, as students often encounter obstacles, doubts, confusion, and a lack of self-understanding. High self-efficacy helps students overcome barriers in career decision-making, boosts motivation, fosters the courage to face challenges, and enables them to make responsible career choices for their future. This article aims to encourage students to enhance their self-efficacy by confidently facing challenges during the career decision-making process, thereby enabling them to pursue careers that align with their potential.
