Abstract

The success or failure of education objectives is suspended upon the learning process experienced by students, whether at school or in the outside environment including the family or the home. As to a student's priorities, then the student is required to manage his time well in order to have an effective and productive time reduction. Having an understanding in time management makes a disciplined and productive student progress. Students must be trained in organizing and managing their daily hours in order to be able to separate their learning activities from their personal activities. Guidance and counseling services at school can help students to deal with the problem. Consistent with one function of guidance and counseling that can help students understand themselves so as to direct and act properly independently according to their development. The assistance given will be done systematically and continuously. In engineering the problem students can discuss with other individuals and can interact and reason. Using technique the student problem can become adept at solving and solving problems skillfully. Furthermore, in the engineering process of the student problem, the student's problem is focused on problems so that it can focus on various facets of the solution on which in a series of processes the development of the student's creative and comprehensive thinking ability can be manifested.
