Analisis Kemampuan Manajemen Waktu Santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Ishlah dalam Waktu Belajar menghafal Kitab Fathul Qorib

Abstract

Time is the most important part of life. Time also determines one's success and failure. A lot of wasted time results in a person's failure to achieve his goals. The right use of time must be accompanied by the right management in order to give birth to a good idea. The researcher took the location at the al Islah Islamic boarding school, Kediri. The purpose of this study was to determine the time management of the research subjects of Al-Ishlah Islamic Boarding School students in study time. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Generally, a descriptive approach is used in analyzing social phenomena or explaining events or situations. In time management there are the following aspects: 1) Goal setting, 2) Time management mechanism, 3) Control over, and 4) Evaluation. The conclusion is that the subject of this research can manage time well.
