This research focuses on the importance of peer interaction in improving students' learning activeness and social skills. Observations at SMAN 6 Kediri showed that students prefer to learn in small groups, but are often given individual tasks that reduce their activeness. The purpose of this study was to analyze the validity and reliability of peer interaction scale, learning activeness scale, and students' social skills scale. The method used was quantitative and the subjects were 53 students of class XI SMAN 6 Kediri. Data were collected using a Likert scale with 30 statement items for each variable. The analysis technique used validity and reliability tests. This test was conducted using SPSS version 26 with Cronbach Alpha test. The results showed that 27 out of 30 items on the peer interaction scale, 19 out of 30 items on the learning activeness scale, and 27 out of 30 items on the social skills scale were valid. Reliability showed Cronbach Alpha 0.871 for peer interaction, 0.831 for learning activeness, and 0.909 for social skills, all of which showed good reliability. This instrument can be said to be valid and reliable for further research.
