This study aims to describe the level of Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) among university students based on ten indicators covering goal-setting, planning, monitoring, evaluation, and behavioral regulation in learning. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, involving 72 respondents who completed a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results show that students demonstrate generally high levels of SRL, particularly in goal-setting, planning before examinations, task completion, and evaluating their understanding. Several indicators, such as note-taking and managing the learning environment, also achieved high scores. However, aspects related to maintaining focus and reducing distractions remain at the moderate level for many respondents. These findings indicate that students possess good self-regulation abilities, although certain behavioral and attention-management components still require improvement. Overall, this research highlights the importance of strengthening SRL components to support effective and independent learning at the university level.
