This article discusses the importance of talent and interest services in helping students recognize their own abilities and develop them according to their individual traits and characteristics. Many schools still underutilize these services because learning focuses more on cognitive aspects and does not provide many opportunities for students to explore. Constructivist theory provides a strong foundation for improving this situation, as it emphasizes that knowledge is formed through direct experience, practice, interaction with others, and self-reflection. This article explains the concept of talent and interest services, the main principles of constructivist theory, and how the theory is applied in the learning and guidance process in schools. With constructivist approaches such as project-based learning, teamwork, scaffolding, and self-assessment, students are given the opportunity to actively develop their unique potential. Thus, talent and interest services integrated with constructivist theory can create a more meaningful, flexible, and studentcentered learning process.
