Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of career development and motivation on employee performance at Sisi Sungai Café Kediri. The results of the study will then be forwarded to scientific activities with the planned method used being quantitative causality. The object of this research is motivation, career development and employee performance. The subjects in this research were all 30 employees at Sisi Sungai Café Kediri. Data collection used interview and questionnaire methods. The analysis technique used is the path analysis technique. The hypothesis proposed is that: (1) Career development and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Sisi Sungai Cafe Kediri employees, (2) Career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Sisi Sungai Cafe Kediri employees, (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Sisi Sungai Cafe Kediri employees, and (4) Career development has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of Sisi Sungai Cafe Kediri employees.
