Pengembangan Instrumen Asesmen Non Kognitif Karakter Kreatif untuk Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling

Abstract
Creativity is really needed in facing the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), especially in moving towards a golden Indonesia. As an educational institution, schools are also responsible for developing students' creativity. Apart from deserters, through learning activities, guidance and counseling are at the forefront of developing students' creativity. The availability of creative character instruments is one of the keys to the success and motivation of teachers and guidance counselors in developing students' creativity. In general, this instrument is not yet available adequately, this is due to limited opportunities and the ability of guidance and counseling teachers to identify and develop it. For this reason, it is necessary to develop this creative character instrument. The result of the development is a creative character rating scale of 22 items which is arranged on the basis of a grid (blue print) with predictors and indicators put forward by experts. The creative character instrument resulting from this development still requires empirical testing to determine empirical validity and reliability. If the empirical test shows valid and reliable results, then the creative character instrument developed as a result is suitable for use
