Inovasi Media Bimbingan Karier “Lemari Citaku” Untuk Mendukung Pengambilan Keputusan Karier Siswa SMA

Abstract

Career decision-making skills are essential competencies that senior high school students need to determine further education and career choices according to their potential. However, many students still experience difficulties due to limited self-understanding, insufficient career information, and lack of career exploration. Therefore, innovative career guidance media are needed to increase student engagement. This study aims to develop the educational media “Lemari Cita ku” to support students’ career decision-making skills. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. “Lemari Citaku” was developed as an interactive educational medium integrating self-exploration, career information, career reflection, and educational games. The media is expected to become an attractive and effective alternative for career guidance services, helping students make mature, appropriate, responsible career decisions that match their potential.
