The development of digital technology has changed the patterns of social interaction among adolescents, especially high school students, who now communicate more through social media than in person. This situation has given rise to moral challenges, such as the prevalence of microaggressions in the form of subtle but hurtful comments or actions, low levels of empathy, and a lack of digital etiquette. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Laku Seliro board game as a group guidance medium in increasing students' empathy and helping them recognize and overcome microaggression. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method through theoretical studies, previous research, and character education practices based on games. The results show that Laku Seliro, which is based on the Javanese cultural value of tepo seliro (respecting other people's feelings), can be integrated into counseling services. Through pre-tests, interactive games, reflection, and post-tests, students learn to identify microaggressions, respond empathetically, and internalize moral values. This game also encourages direct interaction, teamwork, and social awareness.
Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah pola interaksi sosial remaja, khususnya siswa SMA, yang kini lebih banyak berkomunikasi melalui media sosial daripada secara langsung. Kondisi ini memunculkan tantangan moral, seperti maraknya microaggression berupa komentar atau tindakan halus namun menyakitkan, rendahnya empati, serta kurangnya kesopanan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas board game Laku Seliro sebagai media bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan empati siswa serta membantu mereka mengenali dan mengatasi microaggression. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui kajian teori, penelitian terdahulu, dan praktik pendidikan karakter berbasis permainan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Laku Seliro, yang berlandaskan nilai budaya Jawa tepo seliro (menghargai perasaan orang lain), dapat diintegrasikan dalam layanan bimbingan konseling. Melalui tahap pre-test, permainan interaktif, refleksi, dan post-test, siswa belajar mengidentifikasi microaggression, merespons secara dan menginternalisasi nilai moral. Permainan ini juga mendorong interaksi langsung, kerja tim, dan kesadaran sosial.
