Abstract

Ki Hajar Dewantara's values reflect the philosophy of Indonesian education.
Guidance and Counseling as one of the important pillars of Indonesian education,
integrates Ki Hajar Dewantara's values from a theoretical and practical perspective
as a utilization of cultural values that are qualified with the philosophy of local
wisdom. Ki Hajar Dewantara's values not only aim to build deep understanding but
also increase empathy, and encourage behavior that is in line with the cultural
identity and contextual needs of individuals. This study aims to explore the
integration of Ki Hajar Dewantara's values in guidance and counseling practices in
Indonesia. The research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with
data sources from Google Scholar. This article will analyze seven articles published
in the last 10 years. The results show that the integration of Kihajar Dewantara's
values has great potential to strengthen local wisdom-based guidance and
counseling practices. Collaboration between academics and practitioners and the
integration of appropriate values can produce innovative models in the field of
guidance and counseling.
