This study was motivated by the low career planning ability of vocational high school (SMK) students due to limited career information and insufficient guidance and counseling media. It aimed to examine the feasibility of the Planner Karierku digital media as a supporting tool for career guidance services. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model. The study was conducted at SMK PGRI 3 Kediri involving two content experts, two media experts, one guidance and counseling teacher, and five eleventh-grade students in a limited trial. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and a four-point Likert scale and analyzed descriptively using percentages and mean scores. The results showed feasibility scores of 74.38% from content experts (valid), 95.63% from media experts (highly valid), 96.25% from the practitioner (highly valid), and 92.50% from users (highly valid). Therefore, Planner Karierku is feasible to support career guidance and counseling services for vocational high school students
