Self regulated learning refers to a student's ability to independently organize, control, and evaluate their learning process, thereby playing a crucial role in academic success. However, some students still exhibit low levels of self regulated learning, a phenomenon suspected to be influenced by suboptimal time management skills. This study aims to determine the effect of time management skills on the self regulated learning of Grade XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Gurah. The study employs a quantitative approach with a causal correlational design. The total population consisted of 360 students, and a sample of 78 students was selected using Slovin's formula via simple random sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that time management skills have a positive and significant effect on students' self regulated learning, with a significance value of 0.042 (p < 0.05), contributing 5.4% to the outcome. These findings suggest that the better a student's time management skills, the higher their level of self regulated learning.
