Analisis Fakta Empiris Terhadap Peserta Didik Korban Bullying di SMAN 6 Kediri

Abstract
Bullying is a serious problem in the educational environment that can have a negative impact on student development. This research aims to analyze the empirical impact of bullying on students at SMAN 6 Kediri. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through structured observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research subjects were three students who were victims of bullying (DE, IR, and ZF) at SMAN 6 Kediri. The data analysis technique in this research uses Milles Huberman theory. The research results show that the impact of bullying includes four main aspects: (1) Physical impact, where two out of three victims experienced mild physical disorders, (2) Emotional impact in the form of feelings of shame, depression, loss of self-confidence and anxiety, (3) Social impact which results in the victim becoming closed, having difficulty socializing and feeling isolated, and (4) Academic impacts in the form of decreased achievement and enthusiasm for learning. The research uses source triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. The conclusions show that bullying has complex consequences that affect various aspects of the victim's life, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive prevention and treatment. This research recommends the importance of comprehensive intervention from schools to prevent and handle bullying cases.
