The low learning outcomes of students in science subjects, especially the material on changes in the state of matter, is one of the obstacles in achieving learning objectives at SDN Kartoharjo 1. This is caused by the lack of variety of learning media used and the dominance of lecture methods that tend to be boring. This study aims to determine the extent to which the use of interactive video media can help improve student learning outcomes. Interactive video media was chosen because it is able to present material in an audio-visual manner with interactive features that can attract attention and increase student participation in the learning process. The methods used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The results of the study indicate that the use of interactive video media in science learning for grade V has a positive impact on conceptual understanding, learning motivation, and improving student learning outcomes. Thus, interactive video media can be an effective solution to overcome the problem of low learning outcomes of grade V students at SDN Kartoharjo 1 on the material on changes in the state of matter.
