Abstract

The phenomenon of intolerance and bullying in scholls remains a major problem,

/hindering the creation of a safe, comfortable, and inclusive learning environment

for all students. Various differences, such as cultural background, speech patterns,

and religious belief, often lead of teasing, negative comments, exclusion, and

discriminatory actions that can esclate into bullying, both in person and through

digital media. This situaton not only causes rmotional and pychological stress for

students who are victims but also affects their enthusiasm ffor learning, reduces

participation in school activities, increases absenteeism, and even lowers academic

perfomance. Multicultural counseling is considered an important way to reduce

intolerant practices by strengthening understanding of diversity, fostering empathy,

and fostering mutual respect in daily interactions. By implementing diversity-

sensitive counseling services and supporting a welcoming school environment, this

approach is expected to create a more open, tolerant educational culture that

respons to the needs of all students without discrimination
