Bullying is a repeated aggressive act aimed at dominating or harming individuals perceived as weaker. This phenomenon is common in schools and is triggered by differences in economic status, social status, and cultural background. In a multicultural society like Indonesia, a lack of understanding of diversity often fuels attitudes of superiority that lead to intimidation, discrimination, and violence, both in person and through digital media. The impacts are very serious, including psychological disorders, decreased academic performance, and the risk of loss of life. Therefore, prevention efforts must be comprehensive and contextual. Integrating multicultural counseling with local wisdom values is an effective strategy for building empathy, tolerance, and social harmony. This approach not only respects clients' cultural differences but also utilizes local values such as tepa selira (respect for others), rukun (harmony), and the Bugis-Makassar 3S principle as social capital in reducing aggressive behavior. This article examines a counseling model based on local wisdom as a preventive measure to create a safe and inclusive school environment.
