Declining student ethics, such as disrespect toward teachers and non‑compliance with school rules, has become a concern at SMA Negeri 3 Kediri. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance using bibliotherapy in improving students’ ethics toward teachers. A quantitative approach with a quasi‑experimental one‑group pretest‑posttest design was employed, involving 12 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires, observation, and documentation, then analyzed statistically. The results reveal a significant difference between conditions before and after the intervention, indicating that this service is proven effective in enhancing students’ ethics toward teachers
