Abstract

This study was conducted based on the results of observations during PLP 1 activities at SMA Negeri 7 Kediri. From the BK Teacher, information was obtained that at SMA Negeri 7 Kediri there were several students with consumptive behavior. Students often carry out consumption activities on e-commerce solely based on desire without other considerations. The problems of this study are (1) How does group guidance with focus group discussion techniques affect the reduction of consumptive behavior in e-commerce in students? (2) Can group guidance with focus group discussion techniques reduce consumptive behavior in e-commerce in students? This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative data is a research method based on positivistic (concrete data), research data in the form of numbers that will be measured using statistics as a calculation test tool, related to the problem being studied to produce a conclusion. The conclusion of the results of this study is (1) What is the Effect of Group Guidance with Focus Group Discussion Techniques on Reducing Consumptive Behavior in e-commerce in Students (2) Can consumptive behavior be reduced by providing group guidance with focus group discussion techniques. Based on the conclusions of the results of this study, it is recommended that (1) The main objective of using group guidance with focus group discussion techniques is to reduce consumer behavior in students (2) The effectiveness of group guidance with focus group discussion techniques can reduce consumer behavior in students.
