Pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif Picture Story Book Materi Ekosistem Pada Pembelajaran IPAS Kelas V

The background of this research and development is that in the learning process, learning media has been used by teachers, but the media used is not optimal and is still limited, causing a lack of interest and understanding of students related to ecosystem material in science learning. The purpose of developing interactive multimedia picture story books is to determine the validity, effectiveness, and practicality of the developed learning media. This study uses development research (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The research subjects were fifth grade students of Emmaus Elementary School. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and tests. The results of the research and development of interactive multimedia picture story book are: (1) The validity results of interactive multimedia from media experts and material experts were 86% with very valid criteria, (2) The results of the effectiveness of multimedia use from limited trials and extensive trials were 87% with very effective criteria, (3) The results of practicality obtained from teacher and student response questionnaires were 94% with very practical criteria. It can be concluded that Interactive Multimedia Picture Story Book Ecosystem Material in Science Learning for Fifth Grade Elementary Schools is stated to be very valid, effective, practical so that it is suitable for use in classroom learning.
