The integration of technology in learning remains limited, resulting in student worksheets (LKPD) that are often monotonous and less engaging. This study aims to analyze the process and outcomes of developing a TPACK-based LKPD and to assess its effectiveness in enhancing scientific literacy on the topic of states of matter and their changes. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model. Research instruments included validation sheets and response questionnaires for teachers and students. The trial was conducted in Grade IV at SDN 5 Sumberkepuh. The validation results showed a feasibility level of 92.5% (very valid), while the practicality results reached 90% (teacher) and 96.5% (students), indicating a very practical product. This analysis demonstrates that the TPACK-based LKPD is effective in supporting science learning and improving students' scientific literacy.
