The BANI era is not simply an era of instability, but also one of fragility, confusion, and unpredictability. In a social context, such situations result in increased stress, a crisis of meaning, helplessness, and even a decline in mental health. Building resilience and a sense of human meaning is crucial to help individuals and communities survive and thrive in conditions full of disruption. Local wisdom reflects a philosophy of life that shapes national character, is hereditary, communal, and adaptive to local ecological conditions. Professional competence is needed as a facilitator in enhancing the creativity of the younger generation through training based on local wisdom, transforming traditions into innovative solutions to global challenges. AI, from a humanistic perspective, is not a symbol of technological domination over humans, but rather a reflective partner that helps humans navigate the challenges of the times more wisely. In the BANI era, strategies for building resilience can be implemented through strengthening emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, self-efficacy, digital literacy, and information management. Meanwhile, strategies for building a sense of togetherness can be implemented through, among other things, the practice of empathy and social solidarity, strengthening humanistic values, contributing and working for others, character education in educational institutions, and spirituality.
