Konseling Berbasis Kearifan Lokal: Solusi untuk Isu Kesehatan Mental Generasi Z

Abstract
Mental health Generation Z, who were born between 1997 and 2012, in the context of social and economic pressures faced. This generation is more open to discussing mental health, but also experiencing anxiety and depression due to social media and future uncertainty. The survey shows that 18% of them feel that their mental health is poor, with many who do not access local wisdom counselling services in Indonesia, through cultural practises and rituals, play an important role in supporting mental well-being by creating a sense of connection and emotional support. The integration of local wisdom approaches with medical therapy can provide more effective holistic solutions in mental health recovery, helping Generation Z overcome modern challenges better.
