Generation Z faces increasingly complex psychosocial challenges in the fragile, anxiety-filled, non-linear, and unpredictable BANI era. This situation demands a more humanistic and contextual educational strategy to strengthen student resilience. One potential approach is the integration of local wisdom-based guidance and counseling services with socio-economic projects. Local wisdom provides cultural values such as mutual cooperation and social ethics that strengthen identity and emotional stability. Meanwhile, socio-economic projects provide authentic learning experiences that encourage creativity, collaboration, problem-solving, and independence. This conceptual study synthesizes literature on resilience, developmental guidance and counseling services, Nusantara cultural values, and project-based learning to establish a framework for enhancing the resilience of Generation Z. The study findings demonstrate that the amalgamation of humanistic guidance and counseling services, local cultural values, and socio-economic project experiences constitutes an adaptive resilience model pertinent to educational institutions, possessing both promotive and preventive attributes.
