Learning motivation is one of the important psychological aspects of learning, acting as a driver for students to achieve optimal results. Aims to overcome the low learning motivation of students at SMKN 1 Kediri through group guidance using the collaborative game media Monopoly and Snakes and Ladders (MONULGA). MONULGA is designed as a fun interactive learning medium, combining elements of competition and collaboration. In this game, students answer questions related to the subject matter to continue the game, thereby increasing their absorption and involvement. Apart from that, this game also trains social skills such as cooperation and communication. With careful planning, MONULGA is expected to be an innovative solution in creating an interesting and effective learning environment.
