This study aims to determine the correlation between learning discipline and learning outcomes among students at SMK Negeri 2 Kediri. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of low learning discipline, such as late submission of assignments, procrastination during lessons, and leaving the classroom during instructional hours, which are presumed to affect students' learning achievement. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational, observing a cause-and-effect relationship after an event has occurred without manipulating the independent variable. The population consisted of all 1,968 students of SMK Negeri 2 Kediri in the 2025/2026 academic year, with a sample of 95 students determined through the Slovin formula and selected using a simple random sampling technique. The research instruments were Likert-scale questionnaires on learning discipline and learning outcomes that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and the Pearson Product Moment correlation test with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results show a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.839, which according to the correlation coefficient interpretation guideline falls into the very strong category with a positive direction. It can therefore be concluded that the higher the learning discipline possessed by students, the higher their learning outcomes, and vice versa.
