Analisis Validitas dan Reliabilitas Pada Skala Bimbingan Karir, Self Efficacy dan Self Confidence

This study aims to analyze the validity and reliability of the career guidance, self-efficacy, and self-confidence scales used in the context of high school students' career planning. The background of this study is based on the need for accurate, valid, and scientifically accountable measuring instruments to support guidance and counseling services in schools. The study used a quantitative approach with item validity analysis techniques through product moment and reliability with Cronbach's Alpha. A sample of 125 students of grade XI of SMA Negeri 1 Papar was selected through a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that of the three scales developed, most of the items were declared valid with high reliability values: career guidance (α = 0.897), self-efficacy (α = 0.864), and self-confidence (α = 0.905). These findings indicate that the scale has good psychometric quality and is suitable for measuring each construct consistently. This scale can be used as an assessment instrument in career guidance services in schools.
