Abstract

The background of the study identifies the low level of students' self-confidence, which can hinder their ability to actively participate in class and develop their talents. The goal of this research is to test the effectiveness of the dart board media in improving the self-confidence of 10th-grade students at SMA Pawyatan Daha Kediri. Learning media, especially the dart board, was chosen as a potential tool because it can create a fun, interactive learning situation and encourage students to participate actively. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), with developmental stages including needs analysis, design, media development, as well as testing and evaluation. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, which were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of guidance and counseling services in schools, particularly in enhancing students' self-confidence. The implications of this research underline the importance of using innovative and relevant learning media to facilitate effective and enjoyable learning processes.
