The issue of students’ lack of insight, understanding, and knowledge regarding future career options remains prevalent, particularly at the vocational high school (SMK) level. This problem is largely caused by the limited delivery of career information services and the low motivation of students to seek information independently. As a result, many students feel confused about whether to enter the workforce or continue to higher education. The role of guidance and counseling teachers is crucial in helping students understand their potential, make informed decisions, and plan their future careers. Observations at SMK Negeri 3 Kediri revealed that career information services are still limited and lack innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a medium that presents information in an engaging, interactive, and enjoyable way. This study aims to develop a game-based media called “PARIS DAKAR” (Pelayanan Karir Siswa Dengan Dadu Karir / Student Career Services with Career Dice) as a tool for delivering career information services. The media is designed to help students explore various career options and actively engage in their career planning process. Through a fun and educational approach, students are expected to better understand and formulate career goals aligned with their interests and potential
