Pengembangan Media Permainan LINK DE MONO sebagai Layanan Informasi untuk Pemahaman Karir Siswa SMA

This study aims to develop the "LINK DE MONO" game media (Career Information Service with Monopoly) as an attractive, interactive, and educational tool to improve students’ career understanding at SMA Negeri 4 Kediri. The background is based on observations and interviews with the school counselor, which revealed low student understanding of careers and the absence of innovative media in guidance services. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Validation results from subject matter experts (95%), media experts (100%), and guidance counselors (94.23%) indicate the media is “very feasible.” The media was tested through simulations involving eight students, showing positive responses in visual appeal, with average scores above 70%. Most students found the media engaging and hoped it would be used again. Thus, LINK DE MONO has strong potential as an innovative medium to support career understanding in a participatory and enjoyable way.
