E-CAREER: Konsep Perencanaan Karier Berbasis Website untuk Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas

Career planning during the covid-19 pandemic is a problem that needs the attention of BK teachers. The identification process The steps in career planning must be adjusted to the goals achieved. However, the results of field observations found various problems related to career planning, namely students were confused about choosing their majors, students were reluctant to consult BK teachers related to careers and the percentage of students accepted at PTN decreased from 47% to 38%, this needs to be addressed with technology-based innovation efforts. One of the innovations offered in this article is the development of a career website that bridges all information about student careers.
The purpose of this article is to provide an understanding of the use of the E-Career website for high school students. Description of the website in the form of a website containing quiz games about career planning to help students.
