This article discusses how BK teachers can integrate students' interests, strengths, and values into realistic career choices. Furthermore, it offers strategies such as individual counseling, career interest assessments, and collaboration with parents and teachers to support students. By harmonizing passion and planning, BK teachers can contribute significantly to students' career readiness and satisfaction.
