Pengaruh Teman Sebaya Terhadap Perilaku Terlambat Pada Peserta Didik SMA

Students’ tardy behavior is a common form of disciplinary violation in high school and has an impact on the effectiveness of learning and student character. One of the factors that influences tardiness is the influence of peers, which plays an important role in shaping students’ habits and attitudes. This article aims to conceptually examine the influence of peers on students’ tardy behavior in the context of guidance and counseling services. The discussion focuses on three main aspects, namely the definition of peers, understanding tardy behavior, and how peer social influence can strengthen or reduce students’ tendency to be late. This study emphasizes that the role of peers is two-sided, depending on the norms that develop in the group, and can be utilized in counseling service programs to shape positive discipline.
