Abstract

This conceptual article explains the development of educational guidance media using the Snake and Ladder game to increase students’ learning motivation. Motivation is a crucial factor influencing learning success, and the traditional learning process often lacks engaging approaches. The development uses the ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The Snake and Ladder game was modified with question content related to learning motivation. The media was validated by experts and tested at SMAN 1 Grogol. The result shows that the media is appropriate and effective to be used in guidance sessions to enhance student engagement and motivation.
