Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems that exist in SDN Ngujung 1 and focus on the factors that have caused a decrease in student participation and disruption of the teaching and learning process over the past year. This research is a qualitative and descriptive research. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and documentation. Data analysis has gone through several stages, namely data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Affect Triangulation of Data Sources and Techniques uses triangulation. results,

 We found that the number of students at SD Negeri Ngujung 1 was influenced by several factors. The most striking thing is the large number of schools, but due to the good implementation of the Family Planning (KB) program, the population of school age is small. Based on this research, we will develop appropriate school programs and facilities to make teaching and learning activities effective and efficient to overcome this problem.
