Abstract

This article contains thoughts about effective media to develop student creativity in supporting the realization of the Pancasila student profile and can be used by Guidance and Counseling teachers/counselors. This thinking is related to the role of Guidance and Counseling which is very important and central to helping students deal with this independent curriculum, so that students are able to produce something original, innovative, meaningful and have the impact of key elements of creativity that produce an idea, as well as work or a Actions that are original and impactful or beneficial to students and society. To build the creativity of students, counseling teachers can apply guidance and counseling service strategies in the form of basic services with a classical guidance service approach and group guidance services using innovative, interesting and fun media for students. For this reason, the author uses creative ladder media to help students develop their creativity, because it is not uncommon for students to have creativity but are unable to develop it, even though students have their own uniqueness and characteristics in expressing innovative ideas or creativity.
