Abstract

Generation Alpha refers to children born in the digital era who possess distinctive characteristics and great potential for development. To support them in becoming successful and well-adjusted individuals in the future, both parents and educators must understand their unique traits and challenges by adapting parenting styles and educational approaches accordingly. In the school context, teachers play a central role in fostering students' enthusiasm for learning. A teacher's role goes beyond delivering academic content; it also involves nurturing intrinsic motivation within students. Since each student has a different learning style, teachers must consistently encourage and inspire them to remain engaged and strive for optimal achievement. Motivation is one of the key factors determining the success of the learning process. Therefore, teachers are expected to create a learning environment that is both engaging and stimulating to foster students’ interest and motivation. Learning motivation can be cultivated through various teacher roles—facilitating learning activities, providing encouragement, conducting evaluations, mediating communication, and serving as a reliable source of information.
