Pengaruh Lingkungan Keluarga dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas XI-9 SMAN 3 Kota Kediri

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is an important foundation in forming quality individuals according to the 1945 Constitution Article 31 paragraph 1. This study analyzes the influence of family environment and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of class XI-9 Economics students at SMAN 3 Kediri City. The family environment plays a crucial role in shaping character and readiness to learn, while motivation is an internal driver of academic success. A quantitative approach was used with a survey of 36 students through a valid and reliable questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the family environment had a significant partial effect (significance 0.009), as well as learning motivation (significance 0.000). Simultaneously, both had a significant effect (significance 0.046). These findings emphasize the importance of synergy between the roles of family and school in creating a conducive learning environment. This study enriches insight into the factors that influence learning outcomes and provides practical recommendations for parents and teachers to improve student motivation and achievement.
