Along with the development of an increasingly advanced era, causing the existing
challenges to become increasingly complex. In this case, education has a very
important role in efforts to realize quality individuals so that they can face the
challenges of an increasingly complex era. For this reason, teachers are required
to be able to create quality learning in the classroom, one of which is by applying
differentiated learning during the learning process. The purpose of this research is
to reveal the concept or formula of how to create quality learning through
differentiated learning as in SDN Burengan 2 Kediri. The location of this research
is SDN Burengan 2 Kediri with the research subjects of fourth grade students and
homeroom teachers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with
data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation.
Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation,
and conclusions. The results of the study concluded that quality learning through
the application of differentiated learning at SDN Burengan 2 Kediri, especially in
class IV, is carried out based on the needs and interests of students. In its
implementation, differentiated learning is based on 3 things, namely content,
process, and product differentiation. Through this differentiated learning, students
can channel their potential, as well as increase their learning motivation, while
improving student learning outcomes.
