This study discusses the existence of the Nduro Tomb as an ancient Islamic burial site located in Watudandang Village, Prambon District, Nganjuk Regency. This study aims to reveal the history, cultural and ritual aspects, and archaeological findings related to the Nduro Tomb. The type of research is historical research and the method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews with caretakers and historical observers, documentation, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the Nduro Tomb has a historical connection with the transition period from the Majapahit Kingdom to the early spread of Islam in Java. Archaeological findings in the form of tombstones with makara motifs and symbols typical of early Islam indicate the process of acculturation of Hindu-Buddhist culture to Islam. In addition, the tradition of pilgrimage and local myths show the continuity of culture and spiritual values of the local community. This study strengthens the position of the Nduro Tomb as an important cultural heritage to be preserved, both as a historical object and as a center for cultural-religious activities of the community.
