Pengaruh Penggunaan Smart Board Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Perkalian Dan Pembagian Kelas 3 SD

This study aimed to examine the effect of using the Smart Board as a learning medium on the mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade students at SDN 1 Sumberurip, particularly on multiplication and division topics. The research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 39 students, including 22 students in the experimental class and 17 students in the control class. Data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using SPSS software, including normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing. The findings indicated that the mean score of the experimental group increased from 76.18 on the pre-test to 86.32 on the post-test, while the control group's mean score improved from 73.88 to 78.94. The hypothesis test revealed a significance value of 0.006 (p < 0.05), indicating that the use of the Smart Board had a statistically significant effect on students' mathematics learning outcomes. Furthermore, the Smart Board created a more interactive learning environment, enhanced students' engagement during classroom activities, and contributed positively to improving their understanding of multiplication and division concepts. Therefore, the Smart Board can be considered an effective instructional medium for enhancing mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools.
