Self-disclosure is an essential aspect of social and emotional development, particularly for Generation Z, who often experience difficulties in expressing personal thoughts and feelings. This study aims to examine the implementation of Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) in improving self-disclosure among Generation Z through a literature review approach. This research employed a qualitative method using library research by analyzing books and scientific articles related to SFBC and self-disclosure. The findings indicate that SFBC is effective in enhancing self-disclosure through techniques such as miracle questions, problem-free talk, exception questions, scaling questions, and solution-oriented compliments. SFBC aligns well with Generation Z characteristics that emphasize efficiency, autonomy, and visible outcomes. The study concludes that SFBC serves as an effective counseling approach to foster self-disclosure and support the development of healthier interpersonal relationships among Generation Z.
