Individual variation is a crucial element influencing the educational process, as each student possesses unique characteristics in terms of cognitive capacity, interests, motivations, learning methods, and emotional-social conditions. This paper examines the concept of individual variation, the principles of personalized teaching, and the integration of humanistic and constructivist approaches into the learning process. Based on theoretical and practical studies, this article argues that educators must understand students’ levels of readiness, their interests, and their learning profiles through continuous evaluation. Furthermore, educators are expected to implement adaptive, meaningful, and student-focused teaching tactics. The application of the principles of individual variation and personalized teaching has been shown to foster an inclusive learning environment that is sensitive to student needs. Therefore, mastering and implementing teaching strategies that respect equality is a key foundation for maximizing the growth of each student
