Schools are social environments where diversity shapes students' characters to be able to live side by side with differences, but this often poses challenges in the process of student adjustment. This article aims to provide an understanding of the role of multicultural counseling as an effort to facilitate student adaptation and thinking in facing the diversity of the school environment. In this study, we used a literature review and descriptive analysis method. This study concludes that multicultural counseling has a strategic role in facilitating student adaptation amid school diversity to create a more inclusive and harmonious learning environment.
