Penguatan Kreativitas Generasi Z di Kalangan Remaja Melalui Pendekatan Bimbingan Konseling Berbasis Budaya Lokal

Abstract

Strengthening creativity among Generation Z teenagers is an important challenge in the digital and globalization era, where the influence of foreign cultures often shifts local values. A local culture-based counseling approach is a strategic solution to develop creativity while strengthening the cultural identity of teenagers. This study aims to integrate local cultural values into a counseling program to spur innovation and pride in local traditions. The methods used include exploring local culture, as well as personal and peer mentoring. The results of the study show that this approach is effective in increasing adolescent creativity, preserving local culture, and building a strong identity for the younger generation. Thus, local culture-based counseling contributes significantly to forming creative, innovative, and culturally-based teenagers.
