Abstract
Learning discipline plays an important role in shaping character and improving the quality of education, especially in Islamic boarding schools. This study examines the factors that influence students' learning discipline, including internal motivation such as motivation and obedience, as well as external motivation such as parental and environmental support. The findings indicate that the implementation of effective learning discipline involves a combination of self-management, rule enforcement, and consistent character building. This study highlights the importance of the involvement of various parties, including teachers and Islamic boarding school managers, in creating a conducive learning environment. The results are expected to be a reference in developing discipline-based education strategies in Islamic boarding schools.
